2nd / 3rd Grade Division Scores and Highlights

Bombers get big win over Incredibles 38-28 Connor Kung scored a team-high 14 points to go along with three rebounds to lead the Bombers to a 38-28 win over the Incredibles. Max Dang recorded 13 points and three rebounds for the Bombers while Alyssa Ureta added five points. Andrew Huerta finished the game with four points. The Incredibles’ Zander Cheng led the way with a game-high 15 points. Brandon Wong added four points while Bradley Chung finished the game with three points. The Bombers will take on Infinity this Sunday while the Incredibles go up against the Lake Show.

Dragons take game over Lake Show 19-14 The Dragons’ Devin Miller and Theodore Miller finished the game with a team-high six points apiece to help their team to a close 19-14 win over the Lake Show. Andew Chao added four points for the Dragons while Colin Li finished the game with two points on free throws early in the third quarter. The Lake Shows’ Keylon Daniels scored a game-high 10 points to lead the way for his team. Natalia Jansen and Jacob Le finished the game with two points each, with Le also grabbing two rebounds for the game. The Dragons will play their next game against Godzilla while the Lake Show takes on the Incredibles.

Godzilla beats Infinity 36-9 Godzilla’s Jayden Lai scored a game-high 15 points to go along with nine rebounds to help his team to a dominant 36-9 win over Infinity. Owen Hawkins added 10 points and nine rebounds for Godzilla while Mason Lee scored nine points and grabbed six boards. Zachary Kadohiro secured nine rebounds to go along with two points. Sheldon Shih led the way for Infinity with three points and seven rebounds. Jacob Gotlieb scored a team-high four points and grabbed two rebounds. Godzilla will take on the Dragons this Sunday while Infinity goes up against the Bombers.

Easy Buckets wins close game vs Chosen Team 39-33 Easy Buckets’ Kyle Vuong had an all-around game with a game-high 20 points, four assists and eight rebounds to lead the team to a close 39-33 win over the Chosen Team. Aaron Deguzman had seven points and four rebounds for Easy Buckets while Anvie Ganji finished the game with six points and four boards. Isaac Liao added four points and six rebounds. The Chosen Team’s Jack Burton ended the game with a double-double, scoring 17 points to go along with 13 rebounds to lead the team. Kingston Dunlop had a double-double of his own with 11 points and 10 boards. Justin Deng added three points and six rebounds. Easy Buckets will take on the Dumpling Ninjas this Sunday while the Chosen Team goes up against the Wildcats.

Lights Out takes game over Tiger Jam 42-34 William Wei scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed three rebounds to lead Lights Out to a 42-34 win over Tiger Jam. Isaac Su added 12 points and three rebounds for Lights Out while Christian Chan scored six. Brian Li finished the game with two points, two assists and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds. Tiger Jam’s Caden Li recorded a team-high 15 points to go along with two rebounds to led the way for his team. Archie Auyeung, Hudson Imoto, Mason Voong and Wyatt Yau all finished the game with four points each, with Yau also securing nine rebounds. Lights Out will go up against Hoop Force this Sunday while Tiger Jam takes on Mamba Mentality.

Mamba Mentality wins big over Hoop Force 35-20 Declan Dunn had nine points and grabbed a game-high six rebounds for Mamba Mentality to help the team to a dominant 35-20 win over Hoop Force. Ryland Padillo and Aaron Wong both finished the game with 10 points each for Mamba Mentality, with Padillo also securing three rebounds. Maximus Mendez recorded six points to go along with four boards. Hoop Force’s Carter Tillman scored a game-high 11 points and dished out the team’s lone assist early in the third quarter. Nathan Shen finished the game with six points while Anthony Gutierrez ended the game with three points. Mamba Mentality will take on Tiger Jam this Sunday while Hoop Force goes up against Lights Out.

Wildcats skim by Dumpling Ninjas 20-18 The Wildcats’ London Wong finished the game with six points to go along with three rebounds, leading the team to a close 20-18 win over the Dumpling Ninjas. Hudson Tsai also added six points for the Wildcats while Zachary Yip recorded four points, all coming in the final quarter. Caden Guo added two points and two rebounds. The Dumpling Ninjas were led by Zander Cheng’s game-high nine points and two rebounds. Liam Vong had six points and three boards while Kenny Zou ended the game with two points and three rebounds. The Wildcats will face the Chosen Team while the Dumpling Ninjas take on Easy Buckets.

Autobots roll by Showtime! 54-32 Sebastian Dolinar recorded a double-double of 22 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Autobots to a comfortable 54-32 win over Showtime! Dolinar also dished out two assists. Parker Wong added 11 points for the Autobots while Mason Lee finished the game with six points, four assists and 10 rebounds. Derick Cheng scored five points to go along with four rebounds. Matthew Phan and Connor Woo scored four points apiece, with Woo also securing nine boards. Jordan Mak scored a team-high eight points for Showtime! to go along with three rebounds. Jacob Li and Jordin Loc scored seven points each while Noah Rillorta added six points and four rebounds. The Autobots take on the Warriors this Sunday while Showtime! goes up against the Celtics.

Bears skim by Orcas 33-29 The Bears’ Collin Liu scored a game-high 17 points and grabbed four rebounds to lead the team to a close 33-29 win over the Orcas. Patrick Bone added six points and three rebounds for the Orcas while Brandon Tsang chipped in with five points and eight boards. Aidan Kung finished the game with three points and three rebounds. Kobe Thai rounded out the team’s scoring efforts with two points and nine rebounds. The Orcas’ Kaison Viray ended the game with a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds to go along with a game-high five assists. Devin Mach added six points while Ryan Lin and Shreyas Shandilya finished the game with four points each. The Bears will go up against Intuit this Sunday while the Orcas take on the Hoosiers.

Celtics demolish Warriors 48-24 The Celtics’ Andy Chan scored a game-high 18 points and grabbed four rebounds to lead his team to a big 48-24 win over the Warriors. Tristan Avila added 10 points for the Celtics while Jackson Healy finished the game with seven points and two rebounds. Quentin Kurniawan dished out a game-high three assists and ended the game with six points. Duncan Wong scored five points. Giancarlo Perez recorded a team-high 12 points to go along with two assists for the Warriors. Ethan Zhou added eight points and two rebounds while Kian Diaz and Connor Ng ended the game with two points each. The Celtics take on Showtime! this Sunday while the Warriors go up against the Autobots.

Intuit wins big over Hoosiers 39-14 Intuit’s Darren Vuong scored 12 of his game-high 18 points in the first quarter to help his team to a dominant 39-14 win over the Hoosiers. Nathan Hui added nine points for Intuit while Dilyn Hui and D. Wong scored six points each to round out the team’s offense. The Hoosiers’ Farzad Ahmed scored a team-high nine points to lead the team. Malachi Jemison added four points. Intuit takes on the Bears this Sunday while the Hoosiers go up against the Orcas.
